Focused ultrasound for non-surgical lifting and collagen stimulation.
Ultherapy uses microfocused ultrasound energy to target specific tissue depths beneath the skin. It is designed to stimulate collagen and support gradual lifting and tightening without surgery.

Dr. Nivine evaluates the degree and location of laxity before recommending Ultherapy. If the issue is primarily volume loss, pigment or surface texture, ultrasound alone may not be the right answer.
Gradual over 2 to 3 months
Can last a year or longer in some patients, but varies
Often one session with further treatment only when needed
Some patients benefit from combining Ultherapy with treatments that address a different layer. Depending on the concern, Dr. Nivine may consider Sculptra, Radiesse, Botox, Morpheus8. A second modality is included only when it addresses something the first treatment cannot.
