Rebuild support gradually by stimulating your own collagen.
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator used to encourage collagen production and gradually restore support in areas affected by age-related volume change. Unlike a conventional filler, the result develops over time.

Dr. Nivine plans Sculptra by facial architecture and degree of collagen loss. She avoids using it as a direct substitute for every filler indication. It is most effective when the goal is gradual support across broader areas rather than precise correction of one small feature.
