Radiesse is a calcium hydroxyapatite-based injectable used for structural support and biostimulation. Depending on technique and dilution, it may be used to restore contour or to improve tissue quality by stimulating collagen.

Dr. Nivine chooses concentration, dilution and placement according to the objective. Structural correction and hyperdilute biostimulation are different uses of the same material and should not be approached as one standard treatment.
Immediate support plus progressive remodeling
Varies by area and technique
Individualized
Some patients benefit from combining Radiesse with treatments that address a different layer. Depending on the concern, Dr. Nivine may consider Ultherapy, Botox, Skin Boosters, Hand Rejuvenation. More than one treatment is considered only when the modalities act on different layers or mechanisms.
