Beauty is also biology.
Aesthetic and anti-aging medicine practised by a physician who trained in Family Medicine first — which changes what a consultation can consider, and what it should decline to claim.

What this means, and what it does not
Anti-aging medicine is a term used loosely enough to be almost meaningless. Used here it means something narrow and defensible: Dr. Nivine is Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, Institute of Medical Aesthetics, Canada and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and that training shapes how skin and tissue aging are assessed and planned over time.
It does not mean a program of supplements, infusions or systemic interventions. Services that are not listed on this website are not offered from it.
Beauty is also biology. That is a reason to assess carefully, not a licence to sell broadly.
Why the Family Medicine foundation matters
Skin is an organ, and it reflects what is happening elsewhere. A physician trained to take a history notices when a skin or hair complaint sits alongside something worth investigating, when a medication is contributing, and when an aesthetic treatment is likely to disappoint because the underlying picture has not been addressed.
In practice this changes the consultation rather than the menu. The same treatments are considered, but they are considered against a fuller understanding of the patient.
What healthy aging looks like in this practice
- Assessment that considers medical history, medications and general health, not only the face
- Skin quality treated as a long-term program rather than a series of appointments
- Collagen support and regenerative approaches planned over months
- Prevention and photoprotection treated as central rather than as aftercare advice
- Hair and scalp assessed medically rather than cosmetically
- Treatment sequenced so that each stage can be judged before the next
The Regenerative Anti-Aging Program
This is an individualized program built around skin aging: assessment, a sequence of regenerative and skin-quality treatments chosen against what the assessment finds, and reassessment at intervals long enough to be meaningful. It is planned per patient rather than sold as a fixed package, and its goals are gradual improvement in tissue quality rather than a defined outcome by a defined date.
What is deliberately not claimed
No treatment discussed anywhere on this site extends life, prevents disease or reverses aging. Those claims belong to marketing rather than to medicine, and their absence here is intentional.

Before you book.
Is this a longevity clinic?
No. It is aesthetic and anti-aging medicine practised by a physician with a Family Medicine foundation. The focus is skin, hair and facial aging assessed with medical context, not a program of systemic longevity interventions.
Do you offer IV therapy, hormones or metabolic programmes?
IV therapy is published as a physician-assessed service on this website. Hormone treatment and metabolic programmes are not presented as routine services here. Availability and suitability should be confirmed during consultation.
What does the anti-aging credential actually mean in practice?
It means the approach to skin and tissue aging is planned over years rather than appointments — prevention, skin quality, collagen support and sequence, assessed against your own history.
Can aesthetic treatment be planned around a medical condition?
It should be. Medical history, medications and general health affect healing, bruising, pigment response and what treatment is appropriate. That is part of every consultation here.
